By submitting a booking request, paying a deposit, or otherwise confirming a trip with Africa Endless Cruising ("we," "us," "Africa Endless Cruising"), you ("the traveler," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

f booking is only confirmed once we issue written confirmation and have received your deposit. Quotes and itineraries shared before that point are estimates and subject to availability — popular lodges and peak-season dates can sell out between quote and confirmation.

If you're booking on behalf of a group, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for every member of that group, and that you've shared these terms with them.

fll prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated, and are per person unless specified. Prices include the items listed in your itinerary's "What's Included" section and exclude international flights, visas, tips, and personal expenses unless stated otherwise.

Park fees and government taxes are subject to change by the relevant Tanzanian authorities at any time, including after booking. Where this happens after your balance has been paid, we will notify you and may pass through the difference for confirmed park entries.

fccepted payment methods include bank transfer and major credit cards via our secure payment partner. Card payments may incur a processing fee, which will be disclosed before you pay.

We understand plans change. If you need to cancel a confirmed booking, your refund is calculated as a percentage of the total trip cost, based on how far in advance of your departure date we receive written notice:

The original deposit is non-refundable in all cases, as it secures non-recoverable lodge and permit costs on our end. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of written cancellation, using your original payment method where possible.

We plan every itinerary carefully, but safaris operate in a living landscape. We reserve the right to amend routes, accommodation, or daily schedules where necessary due to weather, road conditions, wildlife movement, park regulations, or safety concerns — always aiming to substitute with an equivalent or better experience.

Where a change is significant (for example, a change of destination or a material reduction in trip length), we will notify you as soon as practical and, where the change is substantial and made before departure, offer the choice of accepting the revised itinerary, a comparable alternative, or a refund for the affected portion.

You are responsible for ensuring you hold a passport valid for at least six months beyond your departure date, any required Tanzanian visa, and any vaccination or health documentation required for entry (such as a Yellow Fever certificate, where applicable to your itinerary).

• We can advise on general requirements but cannot guarantee entry — final decisions rest with immigration authorities.
• You're responsible for checking current entry requirements with your nearest Tanzanian embassy or consulate before travel.
• We recommend consulting a travel health clinic about recommended vaccinations and malaria prevention at least 4–6 weeks before departure.

If you're denied entry or unable to travel due to missing or invalid documentation, no refund will be issued for the affected portion of the trip.

For everyone's safety and enjoyment, you agree to follow the reasonable instructions of your guide and driver at all times, particularly around wildlife, park regulations, and vehicle safety.

• Remain inside the vehicle during game drives except where your guide explicitly confirms it's safe to exit.
• Follow all park authority rules regarding distance from wildlife, noise, and off-track driving.
• For Kilimanjaro climbs, follow your lead guide's decisions regarding pace and turnaround — guide decisions on summit attempts are final and based on safety, not preference.

We reserve the right to end a trip early, without refund for the unused portion, if a traveler's conduct endangers themselves, other travelers, our staff, or wildlife.

Wildlife sightings, weather conditions, river crossings, and Great Migration timing are natural phenomena outside our control and are never guaranteed, regardless of season or itinerary.

To the maximum extent permitted by Tanzanian law, Africa Endless Cruising's liability for any claim arising from your trip is limited to the amount you paid for that trip, except where the claim arises from our gross negligence or willful misconduct, or where such limitation is not permitted by law.

We are not liable for the acts, omissions, or services of independent third parties — including airlines, lodges not directly operated by us, or government authorities — beyond using reasonable care in selecting them as partners.

Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all Africa Endless Cruising bookings. Your policy should cover, at minimum, emergency medical treatment and evacuation, trip cancellation or interruption, and lost or delayed baggage.

For Kilimanjaro climbs, your policy must specifically cover high-altitude trekking and helicopter evacuation up to at least 6,000 meters. We may ask to see proof of valid insurance before departure, and we cannot be held responsible for costs arising from inadequate or absent coverage.

Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government action, civil unrest, strikes, or border closures ("Force Majeure Events").

Where a Force Majeure Event prevents a trip from proceeding, we will work with you in good faith on rescheduling or a credit toward a future trip. Refunds in these circumstances will reflect any costs already non-recoverably committed to third parties (such as paid park permits or non-refundable lodge deposits).

If something isn't right during your trip, please raise it with your guide or our office immediately — most issues can be resolved on the spot while we still have the ability to fix them.

For complaints after your trip, please contact us in writing within 30 days of your return date, with as much detail as possible. We aim to respond to all written complaints within 14 days.

All text, photography, itineraries, and branding on this website are the property of Africa Endless Cruising unless otherwise credited, and may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without our prior written consent.

Photos or videos you share with us from your trip (for example, via WhatsApp or tagged on social media) may be used in our marketing, with credit given where reasonably possible. Let us know if you'd prefer we don't use your images.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. fny disputes arising from your booking that cannot be resolved directly will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tanzania, without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer protection rights you may hold under the law of your home country.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking confirmation is the version that applies to your trip — later changes to this page do not retroactively apply to bookings already confirmed.
