• Booking & payment information — passport details where required for park permits, and payment information processed securely through our payment partners (we do not store full card numbers).
• Communications — messages you send us via WhatsApp, email, or our contact form.

Information collected automatically:

• Device and browser type, general location (city-level, from IP address), and pages visited on our site.
• Cookies and similar technologies — see Section 4 for details.

We use your information only for purposes connected to planning, running, and improving your trip:

• Building and sending you a tailored itinerary and price quote.
• frranging accommodation, park permits, guides, and transport for your confirmed trip.
• Communicating with you before, during, and after your trip — including urgent updates while you're traveling.
• Processing payments and sending receipts or invoices.
• Responding to questions, complaints, or support requests.
• Improving our website and tour offerings, using aggregated, non-identifying trends.

We share the minimum information necessary, only with the parties directly involved in delivering your trip:

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes — and we never have.

Our website uses cookies to remember basic preferences (like your selected currency) and to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site so we can improve it.

We keep booking and trip-related information for as long as needed to deliver your trip, handle any post-trip questions, and meet our legal and tax record-keeping obligations — typically up to 7 years after your trip.

If you contacted us for a quote but never booked, we keep your enquiry details for up to 2 years in case you'd like to revisit the conversation, after which it's deleted unless you ask us to remove it sooner.

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), restricted internal access to guest records, and secure, PCI-compliant payment processing partners.

No system is 100% immune to risk, but we continually review our practices and only work with partners who meet our data-handling standards.

Wherever you're traveling from, you have the right to:

• Delete your data, where we're not legally required to retain it.
• Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format.

Africa Endless Cruising operates from Tanzania, and your information may be processed and stored there as well as by service providers in other countries (for example, our payment processor or email provider). Where this happens, we take steps to ensure your data continues to receive an appropriate level of protection.

Our services are intended for adults arranging travel, including travel for family groups with children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Information about minors traveling with a group is provided by the responsible adult booking the trip, and is used solely for trip logistics (e.g. age-appropriate activities, permit requirements).

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
